Hi, I’m Michelle!
I’m a UI/UX designer and certified ServiceNow administrator who transforms complex business workflows into simple, human-centered digital experiences. In my current role as Design Experience Associate Manager at Accenture Federal Services, I lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and analysts to deliver enterprise ServiceNow portals—one of which boosted customer satisfaction scores by 20 percent.
Over the past nine years, I’ve designed for healthcare, federal contracting, and large-scale government clients, giving me a 360° view of user needs—from patient engagement campaigns that grew social interaction by 142 percent to data-driven marketing and usability initiatives within federal agencies. My process pairs thoughtful research (interviews, analytics, usability testing) with beautiful, accessible design to ensure every pixel has purpose.
I’m fluent in Figma, Adobe XD + the full Creative Cloud, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow UI Builder, and I back my work with formal UX training from General Assembly and multiple platform certifications.
When I’m not refining prototypes or mentoring teammates, you’ll find me planning my next trip, experimenting in the kitchen, or queuing up new album releases.
